He graduated from the Professional Diving School of New York at 19 years old. After a few years he went to Plymouth Polytechnic College in the UK where he earned a BS in Civil Engineering With Honors in 1991. Phil has worked in Cathodic Protection since 1992. He is a NACE certified Cathodic Protection Specialist and a NJ-DEP certified Corrosion Specialist with years of experience designing, installing, inspecting and maintaining CP systems. Through this work Phil has developed broad expertise with galvanic and impressed current systems in marine, aboveground and underground environments. Phil has worked for numerous clients up and down the east coast. These clients include oil companies, gas companies, the US Navy, power plants (fossil fuel and nuclear). Dennis Roach - President Dennis focuses on running the business - marketing, sales, project planning, finance, administration. Before starting Ruby Engineering, Dennis spent 4 years as Director of Project Management for a web development and interactive marketing company, Zentropy. Prior to Zentropy, Dennis spent 8 years at Citibank working in securities markets. As a Vice President in the Network Management group, Dennis participated and led many financial, technical, business and operational projects.
